Welcome

From January 27 to April 10, 2003, I attended Basic Combat Training for the US Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Here is an online copy of a journal I kept which relates what we did each day. Overall it is an experience that I am glad I had, but day-to-day was a completely different story. Overall, this should give you a good idea of the challenges, both physical and mental, that one faces in military training.
